Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack your Fiido product in its original box with all included manuals, tools, and battery chargers to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and arrange for a carrier pickup or drop-off at an authorized location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
